Snow Leopards on tour

Each day we trek from camp in search of Snow Leopard. Local spotters go out each day to help the search. If Snow Leopards are found they are usually best view by telescope.

These superb images we taken on one of our tours in March 2014.

Two Snow Leopards, an adult female and a cub, were spotted lounging around on a mountain top, they were about 50m apart. For most of the day they relaxed; sleeping for several hours. In the evening they became more restless and the adult female stood up and called to her cub. The cub climbed uphill towards her, they greeted each other and then they moved off together.
